Welcome to the London Transport Museum Friends website, where we aim to keep our 3,000 members in touch with what's happening at the Museum and in the Friends, and to welcome new members to our community.

The London Transport Museum Friends is a separate charity, working closely with the Museum to support its objectives and collections. We make grants to the Museum to fund specific projects and activities. Our members can support the Museum and Friends by volunteering their time, enthusiasm and expertise in a variety of ways, ranging from  stewarding at events to sales team fundraising and so much more.

The Friends run an active programme of meetings and visits for members and publish an award-winning three-monthly magazine with news of the Museum and its Friends and a wide range of other, transport-related, articles. There are frequent news updates by the emailed enews newsletter. Be the first to hear about forthcoming events, such as Hidden London tours, and get priority booking.
