The Friends have acquired a number of enamel signs for the Museum’s extensive collection of enamel signs from London Transport and its predecessors, but relatively few from the national railway system in London.
This LNER ‘winking eye’ enamel sign for Northolt Park station was acquired in 2009. The Friends also acquired a 1920s Southern (Railway) Electrics sign from Brixton.
