Metropolitan Railway enamel sign

This enamel sign mounted in a wooden frame is believed to have been at Kings Cross station.

An early 20th century sign, the text reads 'Metropolitan Railway for Farringdon & High Holborn, Aldersgate & Barbican, Liverpool St, Aldgate, New Cross etc.'

The station names suggest the sign dates from between 1924 and 1936.
