Elizabeth Line Maintenance Depot Visit
Through the good offices of Howard Smith, Managing Director, Friends are invited on a visit to the Elizabeth Line train maintenance depot at Old Oak Common.
These visits will take place on three dates: 14th & 16th May and 4th June.
On each day the outline programme will be :-
09.30 - Arrival and book into site. Put on PPE
10.00 - 11.45: Tour
11.45 - 12.00 PPE removal and leave site
There are places for only ten guests on each date.
All confirmed guests will have to complete an on-line safety briefing covering the dos and don’ts of visiting the depot. Participants will be sent further details with their confirmation, along with joining instructions.
Please note: the access road to the depot is quite steep and there will be stairs to negotiate.
Applications will be accepted on a first come/first served basis. As soon as all the places have been allocated, we will post a notice to that effect on the Friends’ website. So please check before applying.
There will be a charge of £10 per person to cover administrative costs. If your application is accepted, you will be sent details of how to pay.
